You need a verified domain to send from your own address, because that is what gets your emails into the inbox. The domain can be with Aiden or anywhere else: what matters is being able to add a few records to it.
Nothing extra is sent without warning you. The dashboard shows how much of the month you have used and alerts you as you approach the limit.
Up to 25,000, yes: the fee does not change. That is the difference from services that charge per stored contact, where a growing list raises your bill without you sending a single extra email.

In every case there is double opt-in: whoever signs up gets an email and has to confirm. A bought list is not allowed, and it is also illegal.
