AIDEN, either on its own behalf or as an assignee, owns all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Site, as well as the elements contained in it (by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by AIDEN or by its licensors.

Under the applicable Intellectual Property legislation, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this Site, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without AIDEN's authorisation.

AIDEN will not be liable for the opinions expressed by users in forums, chats or any other participation tools. Likewise, AIDEN disclaims any possible infringements of intellectual property rights attributable to those users.

The use of the Site for purposes harmful to the property or interests of AIDEN or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of AIDEN or of third parties, is expressly prohibited.

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Site. The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services that AIDEN offers through its Site and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to: engage in unlawful or illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith, morality and public order; disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, homophobic, pornographic or illegal nature, glorifying terrorism or violating human rights; cause damage to the physical and logical systems of AIDEN, its suppliers or third parties, or introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems liable to cause the aforementioned damage.

AIDEN will pursue any breach of this Legal Notice, as well as any misuse of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.

AIDEN may close a customer's account in 3 ways: with 2 months' prior notice, 14 days' notice, or immediately. These cancellations are final.

6 – Privacy policy

The User can obtain information about the processing of personal data carried out on AIDEN's website through the link to the Privacy Policy.

7 – Cookie policy

AIDEN may use cookies to personalise and make the User's browsing of its website as easy as possible. For more information, the User can consult the Cookie Policy published on that Site.

8 – General provisions

AIDEN will pursue any breach of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice, as well as any misuse of its Site, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law. Should any point of this Legal Notice be considered null or unenforceable by the Public Administration or the Administration of Justice, that nullity or unenforceability will not affect the rest of the contents of the Legal Notice.

AIDEN may modify the conditions set out in this Legal Notice at any time, with them being duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their display and they will remain in force until modified by others duly published, without the need to notify the User in advance.

10 – Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice will be governed by Spanish law and, failing that, European Union law. Whenever the applicable regulations allow, Users and AIDEN will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain) for the resolution of disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
